Thank you for choosing ElixirFW. We provide digital products including FiveM servers, scripts, maps, assets, vehicles and related digital services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making your purchase.
Because all of our products are digital and access is delivered instantly, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, revoked, or “un-downloaded.” For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, replacements, or store credit under any circumstances.
Why we do not offer refunds
Digital goods are different from physical items. Once you receive the files, you permanently retain access to the product. This means the product cannot be taken back or reversed after delivery. To prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized use of our products after refunds, all purchases are non-refundable.
Examples of non-refundable situations include (but are not limited to):
• You no longer want the product
• You purchased the wrong product
• You changed your mind after purchasing
• You expected something different
• You lack the technical knowledge to use the product
• Your server shuts down or your project ends
• The product conflicts with third-party scripts
• You were banned or lost access to a platform
• You purchased for someone else and they no longer want it
We encourage all customers to ask questions before purchasing to ensure the product fits your needs.
Technical issues and product support
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience technical issues, our team will provide reasonable support, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing assistance. Support does not mean refunds. A refund will only be considered in the extremely rare case that the product is proven completely non-functional AND our support team is unable to resolve the issue. Environment-specific issues, conflicts, or user errors are not valid reasons for refunds.
Chargebacks and disputes
Filing a chargeback after receiving digital goods is considered fraudulent activity. In the event of a chargeback, your license and access will be permanently revoked and all evidence of delivery and usage will be submitted to the payment processor. Repeat offenders will be banned from future purchases.
Duplicate payments
If a genuine accidental duplicate payment occurs, please contact us within 7 days with proof of transaction so we can review and assist.
Legal notice
By purchasing from ElixirFW, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying digital content that cannot be returned once delivered. Where applicable laws provide a cooling-off period for digital goods, you agree that access to the product begins immediately upon purchase and waive any right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
By completing your purchase you confirm that:
• You understand the product being purchased is digital
• You agree that all sales are final
• You waive any right to request a refund once the product is delivered
